We use DPD to deliver the majority of our orders. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking code. On the day of delivery, you’ll get another email with a 1 hour delivery window so you’ll always know when to expect your order. If you order a shorter run length, we may use a Royal Mail First Class service.
You can opt to upgrade your delivery for a Pre-12pm (£7.00 extra) or a Pre-10:30am delivery (£15.95 extra). Contact us if you require an upgrade.
We can change the delivery address on an order right up to the point that a delivery label has been produced. After this point, we can change the delivery address with the courier direct however this can incur a 24 hour delay on the order. You just need to contact us by email and they can get this sorted for you.
We only deliver in the UK. Please note, we unfortunately don’t deliver to Jersey, Guernsey or the Republic of Ireland. If you live within the following areas, delivery may take an additional working day:

Cancelled orders and unwanted goods: You have 7 days the 'day after' the day that the goods are received to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
A refund will be provided within '30 days of cancellation'. If these conditions are not met then you will be refused a refund. Please request a returns authorisation before returning any items.
We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
